Exchange & Return Policy

We're sorry it didn’t work out...but that doesn't mean it has to be over! 

If the pre-made hat you received doesn’t match your style or size preference, please send us an email to initiate the returns process so you can find a new party mix! If you require additional information on sizing, please visit our Size + Care guide, or feel free to contact us on how to properly size or adjust your hat for the perfect fit!

If today is just not your hat day, we are happy to provide a refund for all pre-made items that fit the following conditions:

  • Hat is in like-new condition (no folds, marks, rips, stains, etc)
  • Returned item is shipped within 30 days of delivery date
  • Original packaging is used for the return
  • Original tags are attached

Any items that don’t meet the above conditions will not be eligible for a refund. 

The refunded amount will be the purchase price less the shipping costs back to us, and will be applied to the original payment method. Once the provided refund label is scanned and delivered, the refund process will occur.

Please note all custom hats purchased online, in-person, or via a virtual booking are final sale and will not be eligible for a refund.
